  • Who Organizes SocialPacific?

    SocialPacific was created by Mike Morrison. He is writing this FAQ, but he has also planned conferences and events across Canada for the past seven years.   • What Should I Bring?

    Please bring your confirmation (either on your phone or printed), and your ID. We also recommend you bring something to take notes with, your business cards, a water bottle and/or coffee mug, and a face mask (should you choose to wear it).

  • Can I Get A Refund?

    SocialPacific 2023 tickets are not refundable under any circumstances, but tickets may be transferred. Please see our full refund policy.

    If you are unable to attend, SocialPacific tickets may be transferred to another person (with a $25 + GST administration fee), please contact info@socialwest.ca for info.

    Note: The ticket transfer deadline is March 1, 2023.

  • Where Can I See The Schedule for SocialPacific 2023?

    We are currently building the schedule and will release in the weeks before SocialPacific. It will be posted online and in our App as soon as it becomes available.

  • Can I Volunteer for SocialPacific?

    Sure can! SocialPacific does offer limited volunteer opportunities. Please email info@socialpacific.ca  for more information.

  • Will There Be Refreshments Provided?

    Our awesome food and beverage sponsors will have complimentary drinks and snacks available throughout the day. We ask that you bring your own water bottle and/or coffee mug to help us reduce our environmental impact.

  • Can I Buy A Ticket At The Door?

    No, unfortunately we do not sell tickets at the door.

  • I'm not a professional social media or digital marketer. Is SocialPacific still right for me?

    We happen to think so. -- SocialPacific is for anyone using social or digital marketing to do better business. Most of our attendees are professionals who use these tactics as a part of a larger marketing program because they own their own business or work within small departments. All of our speakers are there to teach, not just talk, so you'll receive valuable instruction and have a chance to ask your questions.

  • What does my SocialPacific ticket include?

    Your SocialPacific ticket includes 1.5 days of presentations, and the two evening receptions from 4-6pm. When you arrive, you'll receive your lanyard and a welcome package. Throughout each day, you'll also receive complimentary snacks and beverages from our incredible sponsors. Lunch is not included. But is available for pre-purchase.

    As a friendly reminder, when you complete your ticket purchase and/or attend the SocialWest conference and events, you agree to SocialPacific's Terms and Conditions and to our Refund Policy.
