SocialPacific 2025 includes two separate events:
- October 29, 2025 – Hands-on workshops
- October 30, 2025 – Main conference in Vancouver, BC
Each event requires its own ticket, and attendees are welcome to join one or both depending on their interests.

Yes. You can purchase a Workshop-Only Ticket to attend the four expert-led sessions on October 29, a SocialPacific Conference Ticket for the main event on October 30, or combine them with the SocialPacific + Workshop Ticket for the full two-day experience.

No, lunch is not included with your ticket. However, you can pre-order a lunch that will be served at the event.

The Pipe Shop is conveniently located near the waterfront in the vibrant Lower Lonsdale area, adjacent to the Pinnacle Hotel, Pier 7 restaurant and Tap & Barrel. The Venue is a 5 minute walk from the SeaBus terminal and bus loop. Parking is available on Wallace Mews, in The Shipyards parking lot, and in the Pinnacle Hotel. The area is home to many concerts, festivals, and community events throughout the year.

We're committed to ensuring that our participants have a flexible experience. While we're unable to offer refunds, we do provide the option to transfer your participation to another individual. This way, if you're unable to attend, someone else can benefit from the valuable insights and networking opportunities our event offers. Please feel free to contact us for more details on how to arrange a transfer.
We're thrilled to announce that our fantastic food and beverage sponsors will be providing complimentary drinks and light snacks throughout the day. We aim to keep you refreshed and energized for all the engaging activities we have lined up. There is also a small food court just a few steps away from our venue. To help us in our commitment to reducing environmental impact, we kindly ask that you bring your own water bottle and/or coffee mug. This small step from each attendee makes a big difference in our sustainability efforts!

No formal dress code — come as you are! Most attendees opt for smart casual or business casual.
No, we do not record presentations. Some speakers elect to share their presentations, and we will share those in our online community.

Yes, the reception takes places immediately after the event on October 30th, from 4 to 6pm at PIER 7 Restaurant + Bar. This event is for attendees only.
